These few photos of jack colts are just a slight look into the colts we have bred and raised over the years on our farm. Too many colts to count have been born on this land and sold to buyers all across the eastern U.S., parts of the Midwest, and Mexico.

Jack Colts

Here are a few group photos of our 2013 jack colt crop that we raised. These photographs were made in the spring and summer of 2014.

Sire: Louie           Dam: Becky

This jack colt measures to make a 15-2 hand jack at maturity. He was foaled on April 21, 2013. We sold him in January 2015, to Jerry Arrington in Tennessee. At the time we sold him, he was 21 months old and 15 hands tall. The sire and dam are 58 inches. The sire, Louie, was owned by Randy England at the time of breeding. Louie was a son of Big Louie. The dam, Becky, was raised here on our farm and is out of our late Zeb (Siemon's Glen bloodline). He is a half brother to the jack colt of ours out of Spur and Becky that was born in 2014.

Roscoe

SOLD.

Roscoe was born on July 21, 2014 and is the sorrel jack colt on the left in all the pictures. It looks like he will have a mixed mane and tail and a really good ear. He is also a thick, well-made colt. He measured 47 1/2 inches at 6 months old. His sire and dam are Taylor and Blondie (Buckshocker Red bloodline). His mother stands in the background of the second picture.
